I purchased extended warranty and have emails to prove it. I cannot submit the proof online, the webpage times out.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I see that you purchased extended warranty recently, but you are getting renewal pop-ups on your system. Do not worry, we are here to help you fix it.
We are really sorry that you are getting these pop-ups. I would suggest you please use the link here and submit your concern regarding the warranty. Our team will look into it and make the changes for you.
