I have a laptop purchased through Power.fi. It still has a bit of warranty left. Because of several hardware issues it has been to repair in an official repair facility through the seller twice but the fault hasn't been corrected. I want to invoke what I understand per Finnish law to be my right to cancel the purchase or to get a new device at the very least. How should I proceed? For context the store (Power.fi) previously has said that I must contact the manufacturer for canceling of the purchase and replacement. The fault is a hardware fault and serious enough that it causes issues when using the device, or in other words hampers the regular use of the device.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried to find contact details for Finnish HP representative about the matter and been to the site you linked to, but I'm unable to find any sort of way to contact HP there. After selecting my device only forms of contact it offers me are third party repair facilities or this forum. I wasn't able to find any contact information for HP about this issue.

If someone has direct email or even phone number for HP I can contact them about warranty issues then I'd be really happy to have that. I have been unable to find any contact details for Finland on HP's website.
