Omen w033dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My understanding is that it can be changed from red (which it appears to be by default) by installing Omen Control. I installed Omen Control, and when I run it, it allows me to go to "lighting" and change the keyboard color, but no matter what I do, it doesn't seem to affect the keyboard at all. I know this because I set Omen Control to disable the windows key, and it didn't work. So I guess the actual issue I have is Omen Control isn't working. I think if it started working, I might be able to change my keyboard color. Any help is greatly appreciated, and thanks in advance!

Your machine is an old generation machine which may not compatible with Omen Gaming Hub. Please try to use Windows 10 Store, search for Omen Gaming Hub and Get/Install it to your machine.

After that, Open OGH and select  Proceed with basic lighting (not Lighting Studio) and change from there.

Thanks so much for getting back to me. I installed Omen Gaming Hub from Microsoft Store, and it did give me a warning about my computer not being compatible with this version of Omen Gaming Hub, and that only accessory control might be available. I never saw anything that said anything about Classic though. Do you happen to know if this computer even actually has the capability to change the keyboard color? I bought from someone else so I really don't know. I just assume that surely there is a way.

As mentioned above, your machine may not support changing color for keyboard at all.
