I went to go link my DROPBOX to my new computer and was told that it is already being used. I have never used DROPBOX before so i don't know why there would be an issue at all. I am running an HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cw1xxx Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit).
Everything else let me sign up and log in just fine. Just no the DROPBOX.
And when I bought the laptop the other day the sales person told me that HP would give me a one year warranty, but when i just went to go register is it told me that in expired in June of 2020. Is there a way that I could get HP to make the warranty start from the day that i bought the laptop?
Any help would be so appreciated.
Thanks,
Shane

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
