The charger and power cord that goes from the wall socket to the charger are sold separately.

 

693715-001AC adapter (65 watt) - Input voltage 110-240VAC, 50-60Hz, 19.5V, 3.33A DC output, RC/V, non-smart pin, with power factor correction (PFC) - (For use in all countries and regions)

 

213349-001  Power cord (Black) - 3-wire conductor, 18 AWG, 1.8m (6.0ft) long - Has straight (F) C5 receptacle (North America)

 

What I suggest you do is to search by the charger part number on eBay and buy a used but tested and working genuine HP charger. 

 

Many of them will also come with the power cord.
