Hello,
I am using this computer since years under Windows 10. I used to connect into Windows with my fingerprint read by SimplePass tool.
Since few weeks, my fingerprint is not recognized any more. So, I deleted it in SimplePass and I tried to create it again. But the tool does not catch my fingerprint. The configuration progress bar stay at 0%, even if the fingerprint cell light is blinking.
My Windows 10 version is 20H2, last applied build is KB5006670. Maybe is could be due to any Windwos patch.
What happens? What can I do to solve this issue?

Hello Praveenbv,
Two days ago, the problem was worst, as the light of the fingerprint reader was not working any more. So, no chance to react on the finger move...
Yesterday, Windows 10 applied the last Win10 update, version 21H1. And suddenly, SimplePass started automatically when i put my finger on the fingerprint reader. SimplePass requested me to move my finger on the reader and he read my fingerprint and completed the configuration.
Now, I can again connect to Windows with my fingerprint and all is working fine.
Thank you for your reply and this link. I keep this link somewhere in order to use it when I will want to setup Windows Hello.
Best regards
