Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an Omen Laptop and when trying to set up another screen under-display options this appears when I click on "Detect", can someone give me some advice please.

I understand that you are unable to connect the external display.

 

Please let us know how the laptop is connected to an external display.
