Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There was file system error shown my screen whenever i tried to open photos, setting, wi fi. I am unable to use start window and search options and after sometime the screen has gone blank only cursor is there. I am unable to do anything there is only blank screen. I don’t know what to do, please help me

I reviewed your post and I understand that the screen is blank, and you are unable to perform any task on the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you perform a system restore on the computer back to the date when everything was working fine on the computer.
