Hello, In setting up our new HP laptop 17-cn0175st, Windows 11, we followed the link to the free 100 GB Dropbox account to do the data transfer from our old HP laptop to the new laptop. The transfer appeared to be in process, but then Dropbox gave us a message saying they could not transfer the files. However, we see some of the files in the new computer, but not all of them by far. Has anyone else had this problem? Thank you.
