Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a AMD RYZEN 7 3700U with Radeon Mobile Gfx and would like to increase the 2GB VRAM to 10GB, I have a 32 GB SYSTEM. I would like to play some games and it’s preventing me because I cannot access settings to change my size. I would appreciate any help via bios or anything please.
