Hi
I've just bought an HP rechargeable mpp2.0 tilt pen for my probook x360 laptop
I just can't install it :
- HP pen control app is not available on my microsoft store
- I can't detect /add the pen in bluetooth devices
- I don't know how to pair it with my laptop
I tried everything : the pen is supposed to be ready to use, as soon as charged - what I did.
I watched unboxing & installation videos on HP youtube channel
Finally, I'm asking if that pen is really compatible with my computer
Would some kind people help me to find a solution ?
A big thanks in advance !

Welcome to the HP Community.
Your business class Probook, if it supports a pen, does not likely support the same pen as would a consumer model.
We can check whether the computer supports a pen and which pen(s) would be compatible.
Please provide your Product Number / exact model name for your machine.
How to find:
Finding your Product Name, Product Number, or Serial Number
Reminder: Do Not post the serial number or any private information in the Community – we are a public resource.
