Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Hello! I want to know wich version of adobe photoshop can run on this tablet // it runs windows 8.1 with bing edition 32 bit 
The tablet is low spec with 2 gb of ram and 64 MB of dedicated vram ( cpu intel atom quad z3745D  @1.33GHz to @1,83GHz)
I need adobe ph for making posters , and a little bit of video editing 

I ask here because i don't want to waste money for nothing ( P.S. this tablet runs very well all the apps even for an emmc ssd 32 gb)
