Hi,
I hope someone can help me as I am not very IT minded and i have spent all day trying to sort this issue! I have a pretty oldish lap top HP x2301 23-inch Diagonal Micro Thin LED Monitor. The integral camera is not working on it and I have updated the drivers etc and restarted the laptop etc. It come on very quickly and then the screen goes black. I guess it must be working to connect for the slip second that it does but then it says its blocked in the browser. It also says the video track is paused when i do a webcam test.
I don't know what else to do or try or what the reason for this could be, can anyone help me please?
Thank you so much
claire
