I keep on getting a message that there is a new driver "Intel® Graphics – Windows* DCH Drivers" in the details it says if I am offered a HP driver install that one. I'm not being offered a different driver, so I've installed this driver, which it reports was installed. The next time I boot up I'm offered the same driver again.

Any suggestions how to proceed.

you must select your version of windows, not use automatic function, that said, if it indicates that it is up to date, then, perhaps no need to go further

check for hp driver updates

but you don't answer what I ask

hello
check the version that is installed from the device manager
here, the latest available from the support page

https://support.hp.com/my-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laptop-pc-14-d2000/36683214/model/38322794

does that correspond to something?

you probably have this warning from the Hp software support, assistant, ignore this, no need to start again indefinitely..
In general I advise to disable the automatic update, and to do it from time to time manually

Okay I'm confused, that link takes me to

Then I ran this

Two simple steps to show what drivers are available for your product

Which was the routine that said "No new drivers"

I have run the Windows 11 update and there was another update for Intel Graphics, which I've installed. The Intel driver support wanted to reinstall that, so I've changed the support to manual start in services.

Thanks for the assistance

if I don't have the reference of the computer, I can't do much, to find
but you have at least the possibility of recovering drivers, and software from the page of the series mentioned
