Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17m-ch0000 (23T02AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I recently had to have Win 11 reinstalled. I don't think the tech installed the correct graphics driver, but I don't want to try to install a different one. I don't know what happened, but I turned off Hardware Accelerated GPU b/c my laptop was getting overheated and now when I try to view anything w/3D graphics, it doesn't display properly. I went back to turn on HAGPU and it was gone, like it never existed. I tried to find an update for my graphics driver, Intel Iris XE Graphics driver, but can't find anything on HP or Intel specifically for that driver. I'm worried about doing anything that will make things worse.
