HP 15-r031si Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an error at "device manager" in my PC. Which is says that "This device cannot start. (Code 10) STATUS DEVICE POWER FAILURE". The error it is on  Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface.  I recently just did a clean installation of windows 10 pro and then I see that error there. I have try to delete the driver and install and update again but the error still just exit. Even though the PC is telling me that it has install the latest driver. The version of intel(R) trusted execution engine interface is 2.0.0.1094, for 10/11/2015.  My PC is HP 15 notebook, with windows 10 pro, version 2004.

Product number: J6Y43EA#ACQ.

I will be appreciate your help in this regard.

Since HP probably doesn't get much more drivers - check directly with Intel.
