Hi:
Unfortunately, there is no one here that would have any idea why you are getting that update over and over again.
If you are getting the update from Windows Update, you can run the Microsoft Hide Windows Update utility that I zipped up and attached below.
Unzip and run the file. A window will open.
It will search for uninstalled updates and find the driver update for the Intel gaussian and neural accelerator device.
Check the box to hide the update, and the program will run and report the problem as fixed.
Restart the PC, and the update should no longer appear.
If it is there, you can try running it again and it should go away.

See if installing this driver from your notebook's support page gets the HPSA to quit showing the update.
