HP Notebook - 15-dw0083wm

I currently have 2 HP computers. HP Laptop 15-dw0083wm and a HP Laptop 14-cf2000. Both have the same Wi-Fi-Card, (Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 PCle Adapter). However, the HP Laptop 14 has much better Wi-Fi than my HP Laptop 15. No matter how far or close I am to my router. For example, in my bedroom, the HP Laptop 14 has full Wi-Fi bars while the HP Laptop 15 has no bars and disconnects frequently. I have tried everything I could think of, from uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, network reset, troubleshoot, you name it, I have done it. I have no idea what to do next, as I've paid a lot of money for this for it to work horribly Wi-Fi wise. Any tips?

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Realtek RTL8821CE WIFI driver to the latest version HP currently has:

2024.10.230.2

This did not work, unfortunately. I still get the same results, horrible Wi-Fi on the HP Laptop 15.
