I have recently bought a HP pavilion laptop mainly for storing and working with my iphone photos/videos.  When I transferred my iphone photos onto the laptop, they all transferred but only some of them can actually be seen and the others say 'IMG_0768.HEIC We can't open this file' when I try to view them.  I would appreciate any advice about how to view these photos.  Thanks!

HP Recommended

Apple changed the way images are stored in the device.  The new format is the HEIC and Windows has not adopted a natively supported viewer.

If your version of Windows 10 does not like that photo file, see here
