Hola comunidad, hoy vengo con una duda y quisiera saber de qué se trata, ya que mi laptop la compre hace una semana por fines de estudio, lo primero que hice fue descargar el explorador chrome, desinstalar aplicaciones que no usaria como juegos y manuales (sin tocar las apps del sistema), instale AutoCad, CadeSimu y Zotero, nada del otro mundo, y después de esto comencé a notar que el apagado de la computadora tardaba unos segundos más que antes, pero antes de apagarse por completo apareció este mensaje durante unos segundos: NvContainerWindowClass ... Esta aplicación impide que el equipo se apague . Así que me gustaría saber qué debo hacer, si hago uso de mi garantía o es normal, y qué hacer para no forzar el cierre. Muchas gracias, saludos desde Colombia.
