When I downloaded HP Smart, Outbyte Driver Updates keeps popping up.

Is it OK to use?

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Outbyte driver app is a 3rd party application and it has nothing to do with the HP smart app when you install it on your PC.
