Hello HP Community! Once Again for another questioning time!

 

Is it possible to get the ISO from HP's Cloud Recovery OS Tool instead of flashing to a USB directly?

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, that would not be possible.

 

You have to use the HP cloud recovery tool to automatically create the bootable USB recovery drive.

 

If you want an ISO file, you need to clean install W10 with the Microsoft media creation tool.
