Product: HP Laptop - 15s-eq0006ua
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
One of the slots in my laptop is out of order, but I need more than 8 GB of RAM to work (especially since the integrated video card uses 2 GB). I want to put 16 GB of RAM in one slot, but I don't know if this trick is supported by the characteristics of my laptop. Please help me.

At the bottom of page 1 of the manual, it says it has 2 slots and supports 16GB (2x8GB) max. But you can use the following way to check its maximum and work out max RAM for each slot
