HP Recommended

I bought an x360 from Costco (with 400 nit brightness). The colors are fine and the brightness is good, but the panel "ghosts" when moving windows around or scrolling. There's a bit of a drag that way an it's annoying. Is it possible to flip this out with like an OLED or something, or a generic touch panel with more repute? I'm not sure where to look for one either but I really really don't want to send the laptop back because I love everything else about it (and I got rid of the original box).
