Hello, I recently  bought my laptop. I was wondeirng if I can update the bios due to this laptop being so slow! It has an ssd, but I don't know what it is causing this. I barely installed any programs on this laptop. Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15m-eu0xxx
