Hi HP Support Community!

I just needed some help with the OEM app "HP Recovery Manager". In my notebook, which is OEM and has its original OS and apps and drivers, I have the program installed, and it is listed under "HP Help and Support" on my Windows taskbar. However, when I try to execute it, I am prompted with UAC and then nothing happens. Why could this be and how could I fix it?

After the latest Windows update I noticed the "HP Recovery Manager Media Creation Tool" disappeared.

UPDATE: the problem is fixed (it randomly started working).
