HP 15 TS Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

1) Too slow; I want to learn how to speed it up. Need help with defragmentation of PC.

2) Sometimes it takes forever to direct me to the login page, upon turning on the device.

3) Sometimes when connected to the TV, the audio tends to sound pretty off/choppy whenever I am watching videos of TV shows/movies, or listening to music. It may probably just be the shaky WiFi router of my house, but is there a way that I can make sure that the audio sounds crystal clear when the PC is connected to the TV? I find it very frustrating that I have to replay the same video/music over again because the audio was crashing/sounding choppy.

4) The battery percentage is an issue on this specific device; for some reason, it never fully reads 100% charged. Nowadays, it only remains charged up to 96%, and when I remove the charger, it would tell me that I have up to 2-3 hours left remaining in the percentage time. It is unusual because most of the time when it is around 90-85%, it would used to tell me that I have up to 6 hours left of battery life before it requires charging again, and I have set the battery saver to be turned on whenever it reaches 20%. At one point, the battery was at 85% and the next thing I noticed was that within the following 5 minutes after that, it dropped drastically down to 42%, and immediately died on me. When I plugged the charger back in to revive the PC, the battery read 75%, which is pretty impossible for it to be from 42% to 75% upon just turning it back on after plugging in the charger. The charger is an issue with this device. Even while I have the charger plugged into the PC, it unexpectedly stops charging for a few brief seconds before continuing to charge again. It doesn’t make any sense to me why it’s doing that, and I need assistance in solving this battery percentage issue ASAP.
