thats what I was doing while waiting for some help. seems like I was on the right path,  hopefully this will make it work and Ill be good to go.

total cost is

$35.99 two day shipping included.

so when the disks arrive, what do I do, just put them in, and boom hopefully computer figures it out and loads them up.

Well computer figured it out until 95% before the dreaded error code.

From D:\preload\Base4.swm
To C:\rm\image\base4.swm

Seems like a bunch of people have had this issue, any simple fixes? Doesn't seem like ordering new disks works and seems like HP feels like they've done there job once we get the disk.
