Welcome to HP Forums. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

I have gone through your Post and I would like to help

To assist you better, please provide me with the complete Notebook/Computer Model or the Product Number

You can refer to this Link: hp.care/2bygf7l for help in locating the Product Number.

You mentioned that you deleted everything from the Hard drive. Did you Reset the Notebook to Factory Settings or did you just delete your files and software?

Meantime I suggest you run a System Test and let me know the results

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests

Keep me posted how it goes

Thank you and have a wonderful day 😊
