I have asked this question a few days ago, but got no help from it. but my laptop has started getting input lag when the CPU gets high, and it hasen't happened before until now, Heres what I tried: Radeon Anti-Lag, Filter Keys already disabled - Uninstalling keyboard driver and reinstalling - Installing AMD Chipset Drivers - Graphics driver is not the issue - Running "control keyboard" command and putting Repeat Rate to fast

Very sorry for the late reply, as I have been focusing on trying to fix the issue, but I actually fixed it! After 3 months of dealing with this, I finally fixed it. It was HP System Event Utility that was causing it, I uninstalled and closed the background process of the app.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

Check for the BIOS update?

You can try updating the drivers on your PC using an HP support assistant.

Hi @Praveenbv i haven't made any software or hardware changes to my laptop recently. And my BIOS is up to date.

Hi@nasirfoxx,

You have done the basic troubleshooting as per the document and the notebook needs to check to get to know its hardware is faulty, not a software issue.

I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer or HP Chat Support Team.

At first I thought this would mess up my system but when I tried it my keyboard input lag was gone.

Very helpful, now I can play games without keyboard lag.
