Keyboard and touchpad don't work

I replaced the screen on my laptop. I removed the battery while doing so, as it was recommended. When I booted up after the replacement, there was a CMOS checksum error. 

Now the keyboard and touchpad don't work. Cabling has been checked, and the on board diagnostics say they do. I've tried updating drivers, and uninstalling them from device manager and rebooting. Nothing has worked. A USB keyboard and mouse are both operating.

Any ideas?
