HP Recommended

Good morning- my original problem was that my keyboard and touchpad stopped working.  No on top of that when I restored back to factory settings I lost all of my Office products.  The model I have is HP Envy x360 Convertible 15m-cn0xc.  Any help would be appreciated especially if there is anyway to restore the Office products.  Thanks in advance!

Are the touchpad and keyboard working after reinstalling Windows?

 

For the office products you need to contact Microsoft and they will assist you in this regard.
