Microsoft Windows 11

Recently had an update forced on laptop and now my Kindle device is not found when I connect the cable. Changed cables, tried different ports, checked the driver were installed correctly and even tried to do hard reset of kindle but nothing has worked. The kindle will pop up as a unknown USB device for a second in devices and driver but will disappear again before you can try to open it. Never had this problem before the update and cant seem to remove the update
