I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to seek your assistance with an issue regarding my HP Combo CS10 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse (Model: CS10, P/N: 6NY40PA#AB2 , S/N: <Please do not include the product serial number or any private information>
43). I recently lost the USB dongle required to operate the keyboard and mouse wirelessly. Since the dongle is essential for using the combo, I kindly request your help in providing a replacement dongle, if available, or suggest an alternative solution.

Thank you for reaching out. For the CS10 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse, the keyboard and mouse are designed to work with the specific USB receiver (dongle) that comes in the box.

 

Important information

  • This model does not support universal receivers
  • It also cannot be paired with a different HP dongle 
  • Unfortunately, replacement dongles are not sold separately for this combo 


What this means

Without the original USB receiver:

  • The keyboard and mouse will not function 
  • There isn’t an alternative way to reconnect them 

The best option would be to:

  • Purchase a new keyboard and mouse combo 
  • You can check with an HP Authorized Store or reseller for available options

If your keyboard and mouse support Bluetooth connectivity, you might consider pairing them with a Bluetooth adapter as an alternative. Check the device specifications to see if Bluetooth pairing is possible.
