I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to seek your assistance with an issue regarding my HP Combo CS10 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse (Model: CS10, P/N: 6NY40PA#AB2 , S/N: 9GCMCB2105079 43). I recently lost the USB dongle required to operate the keyboard and mouse wirelessly. Since the dongle is essential for using the combo, I kindly request your help in providing a replacement dongle, if available, or suggest an alternative solution.
