Laptop Built-in keyboard is lagging (Slow)

I recently got this new hp laptop for quite some time now (2-3 weeks), and I've been experiencing some problems lately with the keyboard being slow or when I press one button for a second and then the system was putting that letter for like 3 second randomly now and then and not consistently (I was not touching the keyboard at that point), and I've tried re-installing the drivers and even reset this laptop and it's still here. It always happened when I play games, the frame rate per second is high but the keyboard is still lagging. I'm also not sure if the warranty that comes with this laptop will help or not (1 year warranty but I don't know what it covers, either it's software or hardware). Got any solution?

I've tried doing the hardware diagnostic but it couldn't detect it, it just says that it passed, the filter key function is turned off too.
