Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey! So my grandmother recently purchased a used laptop online. When she turned it on she was greeted with a message saying  "Enter Your Administrator Password or Power on Password" She tried messaging the seller of the laptop for the password but he claimed he did not know what she was talking about. Unable to refund or make an agreement with the seller she came to me for help and i offered to take if for a couple days to try and fix it. I have been looking online for hours trying to find a solution but nothing seems to work. The "System Disabled" error code is 76097619. Any help would be much appretiated 🙂

Restart the notebook, type in 69995239 and hit enter.
