Unfortunately, MS has a recent history of pushing out Windows Updates that have issues, and it sounds like your PC is being hit with one of those.
We have no resources here to debug issues with individual Windows Updates, since those are provided by Microsoft.
You would have to go into Windows Update, look a the history, select each update that failed. It should have an error code that you can then use to go online to look for solutions.
Unfortunately, with Windows 10, MS has removed the previous option of refusing specific updates, so there is no way to block this update from continuing to affect your PC.
