Microsoft Windows 11

I’m looking for a place where I can buy the original replacement battery for my HP 14-dq2030la laptop. I tried contacting technical support but it wasn’t very helpful. I’d like to know if HP has it in stock. Can anyone help me, please? 🥲I am from El Salvador but I can buy the battery in El Salavador or USA.ss.jpeg

@daniela63,

Your notebook's product number is 3V8K1LA.

HP parts list for the product number indicates your battery's part number is L11119-855 (battery description: Assembly-battery 3C 41W 3.6A LI HT030).

HP PartSurfer

HP Parts Store carries the battery for $92.81.

Really appreciate the detailed info! I’ve been trying to figure out the correct battery model, and knowing it’s L11119-855 makes things much clearer. I’ll check HP PartSurfer / HP Parts Store for availability and hopefully get my laptop back to full working condition soon.

On a side note, I’ve started using emojis in my notes to track tech fixes, like a 🔋 for battery checks or 🖥️ for system updates. I might even throw in transparent TikTok emojis as a little reminder for this thread. Makes the work a bit more fun and easier to organize.
