Laptop crashes

My laptop has been constantly crashing and im not sure what the issue is, ive done memory and checks on the temperature but all seems to be normal.  Ive had this laptop for a little over a year and have sent it back to hp once for a repair, granted it took a long time and came back with much more issues then i sent it off with forcing me to send it back. That might be the issue but i sent it off before because of issues with the screen and because of the constant crashing im finding it quite difficult to do uni work
