Product: Hp pavilion 7265NGW

Laptop freezed. The mouse isn't moving, when I press the power button the screen is still frozen, nothing has changed. How do fix it ?

Hi,

Try holding the power button until PC turns off (10 seconds or so). Now. press the power button again and see if the PC works normally.
