My laptop is taking more time to start. initially showing a blank black screen for 5 minutes. please me boost my system performance

Reinstall Windows 10 should help. Please download and save Windows 10 ISO file from the following link

 

                https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10

 

   (a): Mount ISO file as DVD,

   (b): Run Setup and keep all users files/data/apps/programs

   (c) At the end, run Windows updates few times (not in one go).
