Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi.

When laptop goes to sleep or i put it to sleep, it goes but after 5-10 seconds it powerups and fans start working in full load with high noise. All apps that were started are killed and when i start them again there warning that it wasn`t closed properly. During that CPU temperature is above 80 degrees.

I have tried changing power plan, restoring previous version of windows 10, updated BIOS firmware, checked for errors system - no errors. Problem is not going away even after recovering BIOS.

UPD. I've made factory reset, installed last BIOS, and laptop go to sleep normally till... I start HP Command center utility. After that problem appears.

If I kill XTUODriverService in task manager, it goes sleep well

for me helped this

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Boot-and-Lockup/Laptop-restarts-when-put-to-sleep/m-p/7822227...

cause when this service is stopped everything works fine

  • In the Control Panel, select Administrative Tools and open Services.
  • Scroll down to XTUOCDriverService and double-click it to bring up its properties.
  • Click Stop to stop the service from running.
  • Change the Startup Type to disabled (or switched-off, cause dont know what exactly word used in english, NOT AUTO, NOT MANUAL) and click OK.

but after that HP command center not working and asking download update, after installing update it starts and starts XTUOCDriverService and problem appears again
