Pavilion 15 ec 0100AX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I upgraded my laptop with an ssd and downloaded windows on it by cloning. The laptop bios always goes to the HDD when booting and I can’t change the boot medium from OS boot setting in the bios. I erased windows on first drive and still it goes to it but I can now use the trouble shoot from the hp automatic repair and select my actual boot drive. That works but I want a permanent solution.

the ssd is working fine on my old laptop and is compatible with the new one.

please help

Do you really have two (2)  2,5" drives in a 15" Laptop?

What happens when you unplug the HDD-Drive?
