Yes I just got a laptop, and I don't know how to set it up. I open it, it says other user so I go for the Microsoft email and password to get in and it won't let me says wrong password. I literally just got this and can't get into it can someone help me

Is it a BRAND NEW, out from a box ?

 

  • If yes, please return it and get a new one,
  • Of no, ask previous owner how to get in.
