I  have bought brand new hp 15 core i' 5 laptop from Bangladesh.  First time when i open MS PowerPoint, i  see  activate  message top of the window. I can not access the software. I tried to sign up in Microsoft but failed.  It says, we can't create your account because of unusual activity.   How can i get my  product key

Sounds like your machine only has a TRAIL version (which is expired). You have to talk with Microsoft to buy a proper key.
