Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
The link to a SoftPaq file in the Customer Advisory "HP Business Notebooks and Mobile Workstations - Higher Fan Noise Levels on Thin and Light Models" is broken.
It is the one for the Elitebook 735 G6 and 745 G6 (using the same file). The link itself is https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101501-102000/sp101689.exe and the link to the advisory is https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06561295 (for reference, this is another URL to the same advisory, but with a different date and language: https://support.hp.com/de-de/document/c06566377/). Other SoftPaqs linked on the same page can still be downloaded. It seems the file is simply not on the server anymore or has been erroneously renamed. Could you please fix this?
Can any HP employee here help me? Or can you at least tell me who I can contact in order to get this download link fixed? The support hotline couldn't help me.
