Hey there,
I cannot confirm 100% that your problem is HP related (not HP specific).
Please, post in the Ubuntu forums or in the Linux Mint forum where Linux experts will be able to provide more suggestions

Hello @Ramrajesh9
What do you mean LM or Ubuntu "not installing" ? What is the problem exactly ?
Are you able to successfully boot from the installation media ?
I checked some documents I have access to and it should not be problem to boot from a LM/Ubuntu media and install them successfully ?
Please, provide details. You may also attach pictures/photos.

Thanks for reply,
Yes for booting there is no issues with ubuntu and Linux Mint.Let me explain
For Linux Mint installation successful after restarting machine there is black screen with bunch of errors.,I am tried second time installtion but system hanging .
For ubuntu ,installer crashed in middle of installtion.Kindly suggest the solution for this.
I am tried so many times for both installtions in my notebook but there is no luck.
