Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D120AV)

Hello Please Help!

  1. It's a brand-new laptop from office. I have done the set up at home. Since its Windows 11 Home S mode, it was asking me to enter the Microsoft id to login.
  2. I used my office id and password. After clicking on enter i get this error message " You can't sign in here with a work or school account. Use your personal account instead'
  3. So, i used my phone number to create an account and logged in to the system. 
  4. Then I logged in to Microsoft office in the browser with my Microsoft 365 office email id. I am able to log in to all the product Outlook, Teams,Word,Powerpoint,OneNote. 
  5. I can also open in the desktop application too, but when i try to open the team's application from desktop menu bar, it is asking me to log in again. It did not ask for other product.
  6. Please help me as I like Teams in the application version and not in the browser.

NOTE: My boss said that they have bought MS Office 365 through Godaddy, so my question if that is the issue, if yes how to fix it
