Looking for updated, compatible Thunderbolt 3 drivers for my HP Spectre x360 laptop

Hi, I'm looking for updated Thunderbolt 3 drivers for my HP Spectre x360 15t-df000 laptop.

I have two external monitors connected by HDMI to my Thunderbolt 3 Targus Dock, which connects to my HP Spectre x360 laptop through its Thunderbolt 3 port. I've encountered intermittent problems where the monitors won't turn on, primarily when they try to wake from sleep mode. Rebooting or unplugging my Targus Dock and laptop usually resolves the issue, but it's inconvenient.

I noticed my laptop's Thunderbolt 3 controller driver is quite old (released 12/23/2019, version 17.4.78.500 Rev.B), so updating my Thunderbolt 3 drivers seems like a good starting point to resolve my issue. I've searched online for new Thunderbolt 3 drivers but haven't yet found any compatible with my HP Spectre x360. Under System Devices in Device Manager, it says Thunderbolt(TM) Controller -15EB in case that info is helpful. Does anyone know where I can get updated, compatible Thunderbolt 3 drivers?
